Axxes

Synolia worked on developing a custom interface between SugarCRM and Axxés’ billing system to handle transfer of account, contacts, and quantitative data. Classical customizations were made using Sugar Studio, which included adding and deleting fields. In addition, translations for module name and drop down values were made and custom relation fields were built in along with JavaScript to facilitate the user interface.

Bord Iascaigh Mhara

Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM) is an Irish government agency that has a diverse client base and it is responsible for the support and growth of the Irish Seafood industry. BIM’s development team evaluated a wide range of CRM systems. It required its solution to support interaction between BIM and its unique client base. Thomas Cook approached Synolia in May 2009 and explained their time and resource constraints.
